How much are tickets, and what’s included?
The First Class Polar Express Experience includes brunch, crafts, cocoa, storytime, photo stations, a Golden Ticket, and a Santa Meet & Greet. The Guest Companion Pass is ideal for accompanying adults and does not include brunch, the keepsake, or a photo with Santa.
Are there discounted tickets available?
Yes! Discounted tickets are available for guests who prefer to share or skip brunch and the Santa Meet & Greet, while still enjoying the crafts, cocoa, and holiday fun. Early Bird tickets are available while supplies last.
What kind of event is this — a show or a walk-through experience?
This is a free-flowing experience, not a stage show. Families are invited to move between stations at their own pace — enjoying brunch, crafts, photo ops, and more.
Will Santa be at the event?
Yes! Santa will make a special appearance for greetings, but won’t be on site the entire time. The Santa Meet & Greet is reserved for First Class ticket holders. Mrs. Claus will host the full experience—sharing stories, warmth, and holiday magic.
Is there a dress code?
Attire is holiday casual, and festive sweaters are encouraged! Families are welcome to dress in their own holiday-inspired outfits for photos and festive fun throughout the event.

Can we take photos?
Yes! There will be multiple themed photo stations throughout the event. You’re welcome to take your own pictures.
Will there be videography or photographers at the event?
Yes! The Polar Express Holiday Experience will have video and photography captured throughout the event. If you or your guests prefer not to be filmed or photographed, please notify a team member on site upon arrival.
What time should we arrive?
The event runs from 1:00–4:00 PM. Doors open at 1:00 PM for check-in, and activities begin right on time—so please arrive on time to enjoy every magical moment!
Where is the event located?
The Polar Express Holiday Experience takes place at the Tyrone Train Depot, 847 Senoia Rd, Tyrone, GA 30290. Complimentary parking is available.
Can I transfer or refund my ticket?

What kind of food will be available?
First Class ticket holders can enjoy our Festive Brunch Stations with pancakes, pastries, fruit, and breakfast bites. All guests can visit the Hot Cocoa Bar topped with whipped cream, marshmallows, and peppermint for a sweet holiday treat!
