Absolutely! Our outdoor Igloos offer a unique and exciting experience for all. Each igloo is uniquely themed, with one designed specifically for children, featuring a luxury picnic feel. More themes will be announced soon, so stay tuned!

Our food and beverage offerings are carefully curated by caterers Enzo and Hannah Brothers to align with that day’s theme of our Tinsel-Tastic Experience. We strive to cater to diverse tastes and dietary restrictions. Please indicate any specific food requirements when purchasing your tickets.
While we don’t offer specific early-access opportunities, we do have a 2-hour seating policy for all sessions, which allows attendees ample time to enjoy their Winter Wonderland experience.
We're committed to creating an inclusive environment at Winter Wonderland for all! You will find a designated day for special needs groups within the hours of 1:30 - 3:30 p.m. on Friday, December 22. These hours will host minimized lighting and noise levels to create a comfortable and welcoming environment. There’s also easy accessibility to visit Santa so every child can join in the holiday magic! While we do not have a mask mandate, guests are welcome to wear them if they prefer.
